  1. 3689.cloud is built upon extensive experience, robust connections, and a comprehensive database cultivated since 2011, serving hundreds of businesses across Indonesia, especially wholesale importers. This website specifically caters to this expertise.

  2. Broadly, 3689.cloud offers two main services: A. Daily Updates on Latest Models: We provide almost daily updates on the newest models from our many trusted suppliers. Access to this area is exclusive to registered members. Both free and paid memberships are available. B. Direct Website Shopping: This service is ideal for those who prefer quick, direct transactions, similar to online shopping with a supplier in China. There’s no need to wait for updates via Excel or WhatsApp from us; everything displayed has been pre-sorted and vetted by our team.

  3. Our Suppliers: Our suppliers are partners with whom we’ve built business relationships over many years. They are not new acquaintances or randomly chosen vendors.

  4. Product Categories: Currently, our product offerings are limited to Women’s Fashion Apparel, Women’s Bags, Muslim Accessories, and Window Film & Interior Products.

  5. Free Memberships: Membership for “Dresses Market Hub” and “Window Film Market Hub” is free (Rp 0.00 / USD 0.00); you only need to register.

  6. Paid Memberships: Membership for “Shahe Market Hub,” “GuiHuaGang Market Hub,” and “Islamic Wears Market Hub” requires a membership fee.

Pricing, Shipping & Logistics

  1. IDR Pricing: All prices in IDR on our website are for goods “drop Jakarta / Surabaya,” which means they include all costs up to the point of delivery to your address within Jakarta or Surabaya city limits.

  2. Final Destination: The final shipping destination must be determined at the time of your initial order.

  3. Deliveries Outside Jakarta / Surabaya: For addresses outside Jakarta or Surabaya, please designate a local expedition service (freight forwarder) to continue the delivery to your final destination. We will drop the goods at their warehouse, and they will be responsible for onward shipment to your final address. The expedition costs for deliveries outside Jakarta / Surabaya are borne by the Buyer.

  4. USD Pricing: Our USD prices are EXW Guangzhou, which means the price is for goods dropped at an address within Guangzhou city – China. If you wish to handle the shipping/import yourself, we can arrange for the goods to be dropped at an address you specify within China, whether in Guangzhou or other cities.

  5. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time until payment has been made.


Transaction Methods

  1. Online & Offline Transactions: We facilitate both online and offline transactions, either automatically or manually; online transactions are not mandatory. Discount Vouchers inside Membership Package can also be applied to offline transactions.

  2. Payment Methods: When we refer to Online/Offline transactions, we mean that we accept payments through our website, via bank transfer, in cash at our office, via QR Code scan at our office, or by debit/credit card swipe at our office.

  3. Automatic & Manual Orders: When we refer to Automatic/Manual transactions, we mean that buyers can place orders through our website (automatically) or through various communication channels (manually). A. Automatic via Website: Buyers simply access our website, click on the desired products and variants, enter the quantity, add any notes to the order, click to pay, and complete the payment. The order will then be received and processed by us immediately. B. Manual via Communication Channels: Buyers can contact us via phone, email, or other communication media, or visit our office directly to inform us of the products, variants, quantities, and any specific notes for their order. Based on the order received, we will create an invoice. This invoice will be provided to the Buyer, either manually via various couriers, or via WhatsApp or email. Buyers can then make the payment and are requested to provide proof of payment to us. Following this, the Buyer’s order will be processed immediately.

  4. Full Automation Status: Currently, only the Dress Market Hub and Window Film Market Hub able to executed fully automated, online transactions directly through our website. For Shahe Market Hub, GuiHuaGang Market Hub, and Islamic Wears Market Hub, transactions are processed manually (though online and offline payment methods remain available).

  5. Online & Offline Payment Channels: Our online and offline payment channels include Bank Transfer, Credit Card, QRIS, Cash, Paylater, etc. We utilize Midtrans, a financial company from GOTO Indonesia, as our Payment Gateway.


Fees & Pricing Details

  1. Minimum Invoice: Invoices of Rp 5,000,000 or USD 300 or more are exempt from Service Charge.

  2. Service Charge for Small Orders: Orders below the Minimum Invoice are subject to a Service Charge of Rp 200,000 or USD 12.

  3. Pricing for Specific Hubs: Models displayed in the Feed Pages for “Shahe Market Hub,” “GuiHuaGang Market Hub,” and “Islamic Wears Market Hub” do not include prices. The price for each model must be inquired directly with us.

  4. Pricing for Other Hubs: Models displayed on the Product Pages for “Dresses Market Hub” and “Window Film Market Hub” already include Wholesale Selling Prices.

  5. Product Location: All products/models displayed on the Member Pages are located in China, not in Indonesia.

  6. Ready Stock: Only a limited selection of products from “Window Film Market Hub” is available as ready stock in Jakarta.

  7. Price Difference : Yes, there is a price difference for the exact same item between ready stock in Jakarta and items located in China.


Delivery & Returns Policy

  1. IDR Transaction Average Delivery Time (goods dropped in Jakarta / Surabaya) : For transactions in IDR, please note there’s an average lead time of approximately 23-39 days for goods to be received after payment and delays may occur. This must be anticipated; we do not accept any complaints related to such delays.

  2. For USD transactions (EXW Guangzhou), please note that there’s an average lead time of approximately 2-6 days for goods to arrive at the buyer’s designated Guangzhou warehouse after payment. This duration may increase depending on the quantity and specific requests.
  3. No Deadline Orders: We do not accept orders with strict delivery deadlines.

  4. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All transactions for physical products through us come with a 3-day money-back guarantee, subject to specific terms and conditions, not arbitrary claims.

  5. Upon Receiving Goods (Crucial Steps): When receiving your goods, you must immediately verify two key points: A. Total Packages (Koli): The total number of packages must match the packing list provided by us. B. Packing Condition: Check for any abnormal packing conditions such as wetness, tearing, damage, dents, or crushing.

    • If either of these two points is problematic, the customer must refuse the goods, ask the courier to return them to us, and immediately notify us.

    • If (and only if) the courier insists on you receiving the goods, then you must immediately check the contents with the courier/driver present. Photo, video, count, and note down all discrepancies with your order.

  6. Post-Receipt Inspection (3-Day Policy): If the packing condition is normal, we grant buyers 3 days to inspect the received goods. Day one is counted from the day you receive the goods. You must always record a video during this process, so that if any issues are found for a claim, you can provide convincing evidence. During the inspection, please ensure one staff member is responsible for recording the video throughout the entire process, from opening the box to holding the product.
